The changes of CAP V15.20 (7/9/2025) from V15.16 are:
1) Consider the validity ranges of gamma and alpha in the calculation of the Efthymiou SCF equations.(V15.16)
2) Add several new Grid Load Generation otpions.(V15.18)
3) Able to set the defaul value (EL/L) for all the Shim Elements.
4) The node data updates may not always be saved from "Select/Change>Nodes>Basic Properties".
5) Fixed a bug for the data from the Generic Member Information dialogue for Fatigue Flag that may be messed up because of an initialization problem.
6) Able to hanlde angle sections for linear propertioes of Generalized Beam Column, Inelastic Beam Column(E04), and Lumped Plasticity Beam Column,(V15.19)

8) No Fatigue warning files when no warning option is selected.(V15.20)
